Shipping Policies

  • After placing your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to review and confirm the order.
  • Photos and a video of the device will be sent to you, showing the condition of the device before packaging and shipping.
  • If you receive any specifications that do not match the advertised product or if the device is defective, you can exchange or return it and receive a full refund.
  • We follow a full responsibility shipping policy. Just record a video while unboxing the shipment.
 
 

Payment Methods

  • Cash on delivery is available with a small amount transferred via Vodafone Cash or to Al-Saad Company’s bank account.
  • Vodafone Cash payment is available upon delivery, with an additional 1% withdrawal fee.
  • Payment through Al-Saad Company’s bank account is available.
  • Payment through Instapay is also available.
